SynaCore AM-DT Trial Application Guidelines

Thank you for your interest in SynaCore AM-DT—a digital twin software platform for additive manufacturing. To ensure the effective allocation of evaluation resources and to protect the interests of both parties, please carefully review the following terms and technical requirements before submitting your application.

Hardware Requirements (Minimum Specifications)

To run SynaCore AM-DT smoothly, your workstation must meet the following minimum specifications:

• CPU: 36 cores
• Memory (RAM): 128 GB

Systems below these specifications may experience performance bottlenecks, particularly during multi-scale thermal simulations and AI-driven optimization workflows.

Supported Operating Systems

SynaCore AM-DT is compatible with the following operating systems:

• Windows: Windows 11
• Linux Distributions:
• Rocky Linux 9.7
• Ubuntu 24.04 LTS

Please ensure your operating system is updated with the latest security patches and stable kernel versions prior to installation.

Eligibility and Restrictions

To ensure that technical resources are directed to R&D institutions with genuine needs, trial applications are subject to the following principles:

• Uniqueness Principle: One trial license (per IP address) is limited to a single legal entity, university, or independent research institute affiliated with a research institution.
• Cooling-off Mechanism: Upon expiration of the 30-day trial period, if the evaluator decides not to purchase the software, we will not accept repeat applications from that legal entity (or the same Unified Social Credit Code / Organization Code) for a continuous period of one calendar year (365 days). This measure is intended to ensure the rational allocation of evaluation resources; your understanding is sincerely appreciated.

Application Process

• License Activation: Upon approval, you will receive a time-limited license key (valid for 30 days) and installation credentials.
• Onboarding: We will schedule a technical onboarding session to assist you with installation and initial configuration.

Trial Scope and Support

• Evaluation Period: Standard trial licenses are valid for 30 days from the date of activation.
• Data Security: All simulation data remains within your local infrastructure; SynaCore does not access or transmit your proprietary manufacturing data.
• Technical Support: During the trial period, you will have access to our technical documentation portal and email support for installation and configuration inquiries.

Technical Issue Handling and Feedback Mechanism

We view the trial as a bidirectional partnership: the issues and ideas you encounter during actual use will directly help us improve the product; meanwhile, you are also building your own unique digital assets.

• Non-standard Environment Support: If your hardware configuration or operating system environment falls outside the supported list above, causing the software to run improperly, please contact our technical support team (support@synacore.net) immediately. We will endeavor to provide adaptation guidance or record your environmental requirements for consideration in future version optimization.
• Collaborative Feedback: We look forward to your direct feedback on user experience and technical issues through official channels (dedicated support email or periodic user follow-ups). Authentic collaboration begins with candid communication. We reserve the right to take appropriate legal action against non-factual negative dissemination that may mislead industry perception or damage product reputation.
